At Dublin Gaels Basketball Camp, we are passionate about providing each camper with the tools necessary to be successful in the game of basketball. Not only will the camp focus on the basics of effective ball handling, footwork, passing, and shooting techniques, but will also provide guidance in sportsmanship, teamwork, and self-discipline. Our mission is to meet the expectations of players at any skill level.
Our excellent coaching staff is composed of top high school and collegiate players and coaches under the leadership of current Dublin High School Boys Basketball Coach Tom Costello. These coaches are handpicked because of their love of the game and eagerness to share their experience with the youth of the Tri-Valley. Coach Costello brings over 20 years of fundamental basketball camp experience with him to Dublin Gaels Basketball Camp.
A lifelong resident of the Tri-Valley, Coach Costello has been a schoolteacher for 15 years and has been teaching the game of basketball for 20 years. Prior to coming to Dublin HS in 2006, Coach Costello has been an assistant at the men’s college level as well as 6 years as Head Coach at Tennyson HS in Hayward.
